Informations for our guests

Reception:

Late arrival, we will let in the mailbox outside of the reception an envlope for you. You will find inside :
- The access card of your accommodation.
- A map of your accommodation and the parking AND a contact number (can be called anytime 24h/24 - 7days/7)

Restaurant :
The restaurant is open every days (except 25/12 et 01/01) for breakfast only  - booking compulsory.

Activities on spot :
Heated inside pool open from 9am to 8pm.
Sauna and hammam closed.
Squash and fitness open from 9am to 8pm.
Tennis to be booked at the reception for 1h. Rent of equipment possible.

Accommodation:
Desinfection of the accommodation before your arrival.
Bed linen and towels provided.
End of stay cleaning not included.
The cleaning staff is not allowed to come in the accommodation during your stay.

New conditions following the government directives on the 28/05 (covid19):

Restaurant and bar :
The restaurant is open - booking compulsory.
Mask compulsory in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Activities on spot :
Inside pool open from 9am to 12 and from 2pm to 5pm, 1h30 access to be booked at the reception.  One access per day.
Outside pool open from 9am to 9pm, 2h access to be booked at the reception.  One access per day.
Pool towels not provided.
Sauna, hammam, squash and fitness room closed until 30/09.
Tennis to be booked at the reception for 1h. Rent of equipment possible for the rackets, but the balls have to be buy.

Accommodation:
Desinfection of the accommodation before your arrival.
Bed linen and towels provided, bed or sofa bed not made.
End of stay cleaning not included.
The cleaning staff is not allowed to come in the accommodation during your stay.
